We collect personal information regarding the registration. This information includes your name, gender, address, phone number, email address, billing information, personal preferences and professional activity.
How do we use your information?
Your personal information and business data are used in the following ways:
- Emails and passwords. They give you access to personal areas.
- Personal area. They give us more information about you, how to contact you, the conferences you are enrolled in, your chosen fees and billing information. It also contains preferences you have indicated, such as language and food restrictions.

Communication and change of personal data
Our software allows you to update your data independently, through a personal area. You can, if you prefer, request such a change through the contact channels, provided that it is duly authenticated and with your express consent.
The personal area allows this access. Even when you are not in possession of the access password you can redeem via email.
Right to correction of information
You must notify us of any change of name, address, telephone number, address or e-mail address. The information sent via electronic register or personal areas will be treated according to European or national legislation, as appropriate, with respect to the privacy of the information and kept in the strictest confidentiality.
